HACCP Designation and Certification
We received HACCP certification for all products manufactured at the Damyang plant from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety.
HACCP stands for Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point and is called the Standards of Food Safety Management Accreditation. HACCP is a system to identify potential hazard factors in all stages from the purchase of raw materials through manufacture, preservation, distribution, and finally to consumers¡¯ receipt, and to manage the food safety systematically and effectively with critical control point (CCP) determined.
HACCP is more reliable than other quality control systems because the system manages the whole process so the cause can be identified and hazardous factors are blocked in advance, whereas existing quality control systems only focus on inspection of the final production stage.
